Abstrac: Farmers groups conduct various activities to increase farm farmersgroup. But in fact that happened there are still members of the Group offarmers don\u27t have ability and potential, is so good in live and manageexisting farms on the farmer groups, there are still farmers group memberswho do not work expanded feet according to what to expect.Research in using qualitative research methods, descriptive.Informants scrutinized as much as 12 informants: 1 person group Chairman,11 members of the group. data collection techniques are used i.e., techniquesof observation/observation and interview. data analysis techniques are used,namely the reduction of the data, the presentation of data, and thewithdrawal of the conclusion.
